Description
Pink Turtlehead, or Chelone lyonii, is an upright, clump-forming perennial native to the Eastern United States. Pink Turtlehead commonly grows in moist woods and along creeks in full sun to part shade. Clumps grow up to 4 feet tall and 3 feet wide. Pink flowers that resemble snap dragon blooms emerge in summer. Flowers attract bees and butterflies.
